TACG...Making Proven, Positive Changes in Global Aviation Safety!

Overview

The Aviation Consulting Group (TACG) provides high-level aviation safety consulting for various organizations on a worldwide basis. Our high-level aviation safety consulting services are aimed broadly toward countries' Regulators, Civil Aviation Authorities, and Accident Investigation Agencies.

Or, we can focus more specifically on individual aviation organizations to provide high-level consultation on organizational issues such as safety culture/climate, change management, and organizational training techniques and measurement.

Positive Systemic Change

The Nigeria Perspective

TACG President Dr. Robert Baron has been very busy working with aviation organizations in Nigeria to help further improve aviation safety throughout the country. Systemically, he has been very influential in improving safety in the country; a country that has recently achieved a Category I Safety Rating by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration which is no small task. When speaking of "systemically" what is being referring to is touching literally all hierarchies of the Nigerian aviation system. This includes the Regulator, the Accident Investigation Bureau, the Air Force and various air operators throughout the country. This work is ongoing and Dr. Baron is often in Nigeria collaborating on various aviation safety projects.

TACG provides high-level consulting to public and private aviation entities such as those listed above. High-level consulting involving these types of organizations focuses on the upper levels of the organizational hierarchy. Thus, we typically work with the organization's management team to develop and/or foster a healthy safety culture, solve organizational issues, or improve training and its measurability...as just a few examples. Since most of our consulting at this level involves the principles of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, our consultant(s) assigned to your project will hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and have extensive work experience in the field.
