This course provides the attendee with the necessary guidance to develop and implement an FRMS for flight operations. The objective of the FRMS is to manage, monitor, and mitigate the effects of fatigue to improve flightcrew member alertness and reduce performance errors. For those operators requiring FAA approval, this course is taught in accordance with FAA FRMS implementation requirements.
