CBTA is a modern, adaptive, data‑driven aviation training system that builds and measures the real competencies needed for safe, effective performance—not just task completion or logged hours. CBTA is a performance‑driven training and assessment system where learners are trained and evaluated on the competencies required to operate safely and effectively in real-world aviation environments. Instead of following rigid, time‑based syllabi, CBTA adapts to the trainee’s strengths and weaknesses and measures whether they can consistently demonstrate the required behaviors.
This CBTA course is designed for aviation organizations that are interested in implementing a CBTA program within their flight operations department. This is a comprehensive course that addresses not only CBTA, but also how it interfaces with Safety Management Systems (SMS), Evidence-Based Training (EBT), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and Threat and Error Management (TEM).
