The majority of accidents are not due to a malfunctioning aircraft or a lack of proficiency by the crew; rather, they are due to failures in human performance that center around judgment, decision making, leadership skills, teamwork, non-adherence to standard operating procedures, and regulatory violations. CRM training addresses these as well as many other issues.

When it comes to CRM training...a soft skills subject...the most effective delivery method is face-to-face with a live facilitator. Our highly experienced facilitators present timely, research-based topics, guide discussions, and interject lots of anecdote (as well as some humor). A face-to-face class also allows greater interaction between attendees through personal experiences, large/small group exercises, activities, and case studies.
