Safety investigations are a critical component of your SMS. This course provides the attendee with the techniques and methods to conduct effective safety investigations within their company. The Aviation Consulting Group's Safety Investigations course creates an in-depth understanding of how to conduct safety investigations from the initial response to the event all the way through forming recommendations and writing the report.
