Contract LOSA Observers Wanted!
Do you have a passion for flight safety? As TACG continues to expand its LOSA program offerings, we are seeking a team of contract flightdeck LOSA Observers to assist us with required observations and data collection from our numerous global airline clients. Observers may be used as a one-time augmentation to the Airline’s internal observers, or on a semi-ongoing basis, depending on TACG and/or Airline client needs.
Qualifications
- LOSA Observers with previous experience with LOSA—especially conducting observations—will be given the highest priority.
- Must be an active, or retired, pilot with verifiable airline experience.
- Provide at least two references related to general work ability/skills.
- Must have a clean record (i.e., no violations, license suspensions/revocations, etc.).
- Must be able to pass applicable background and security checks.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to different cultures.
- In-depth understanding of operational standards and procedures related to the aircraft being observed. Airline-specific SOPs will be provided.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships, while establishing respect and credibility as a representative of TACG.
- Proven ability to provide a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- High degree of self-motivation and commitment to work independently.
- Results and process-improvement oriented.
- Proven ability to communicate in a clear, accurate, concise, and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
