What Will I Learn?

Our Train-The-Trainer course will prepare the trainer candidate to present with skills and confidence to any size audience; from a small presentation to just a few people at the office, or teaching in a large venue with hundreds in attendance! Regardless of training experience--from beginner to expert--all candidates will immediately develop/improve their training skills, which in turn will improve their training confidence in the real world.

Our course is based on a building-block approach. In this progressive course, the trainer candidate will start off by making a peer-reviewed presentation (the first of two) as well as conclude the course with a second peer-reviewed presentation (you will be astounded at the before and after presentation improvements!).

In between the candidate's two presentations, the candidate will build a foundation of adult learning (major theories) and then progress into the biological bases of learning (brainstuff). From there, it's on to course development, facilitation techniques, presentation methods, and of course the do's and don'ts of PowerPoint! The candidate will then learn how to properly assess learning outcomes as well as develop outstanding recurrent/refresher training events.
